Lifetime Warranty

The lifetime warranty covers rips, tears, stretching, wear, and even discoloration! A photo is required of the damaged ring, your original order number and the email address you purchased with. If you do not have your original order number, or the email you purchased with, or if you purchased through a different source besides ensorings.com (Ex. Amazon, events, retail stores, etc.) please contact us here.

If you purchased the Free Returns & Package Protection, the replacement outbound shipping cost is on us. If you didn’t opt for the Free Returns & Package Protection, you will need to cover the replacement outbound shipping cost. Please note that the $1.99 package protection offered prior to August 1, 2024 does not cover replacement outbound shipping cost.

Lost rings are not eligible for warranty replacements. However, if you've lost your ring, reach out to us here and we'll do our best to assist you.

Warranty replacements are for the same ring originally ordered. If we no longer carry that ring, we will provide you with a store credit in the amount you originally paid for the ring.
